Description

Manage Veeva QMS implementations, data migrations, and system integrations for pharmaceutical clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute Veeva QMS implementations and complex data migrations.
• Coordinate project workflows using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate regulatory requirements for Quality Management Systems in life sciences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Management System implementations.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Veeva QMS.
• Proven expertise in Veeva QMS and Trackwise.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and system integration.
• Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva certification.
• Trackwise certification.
