Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Veeva QMS architecture, implementation, and data migration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Veeva QMS architecture to align with business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Lead large-scale Veeva QMS implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee data migration from TrackWise to Veeva QMS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Analyze RFPs to develop technical approaches and solution proposals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks while training users on new solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management System implementations.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience focused on Veeva QMS.
• Proven track record of successful Veeva QMS implementations and data migrations.
• Expertise in System Architecture and Configuration.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Experience managing data transformation and migration from TrackWise.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.
