Description

You will lead software implementation projects for life sciences organizations, focusing on the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Vault Registrations, Vault Submissions, Submission Archive, and Publishing.
• Configure, prototype, and document content solutions after leading requirements workshops.
• Manage program scope, resource planning, and cross-functional team motivation.
• Serve as primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor project team members and consultants to improve consulting skills.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of system implementation experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Expert knowledge of Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
• In-depth knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory submissions (Labeling, Submission Publishing, Viewing systems).
• Expert knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
• Hands-on technical ability to design and implement RIM solutions.
• Experience with Parexel, Liquent Insight, CSC Regulatory Tracker, Arisglobal Register, Opentext, SharePoint, Documentum, Firstpoint, or Nextdocs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and lead teams through difficult decisions.
