Description

You will provide hands-on production support for Veeva systems within the life sciences domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incident, change, and quality management processes to improve project workflows.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into SRS, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Identify design or coding improvements and implement necessary changes.
  • Interact with business clients to understand processes and translate requirements into technical implementations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in production support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva systems.
  • Proficiency in MySQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with Incident Management.
  • Experience with Change Management.
  • Experience with Quality Management.
  • Ability to work within the Life Science domain or Life Science Hub (LSH).
  • Any Graduate degree.
