Description

You will manage the day-to-day configuration and administration of Veeva Vault environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Veeva Vault user access, including security profiles, license types, groups, and training status verification.
• Execute configuration changes for system enhancements and elective release functionality.
• Administer the Veeva Vault environment by refreshing vaults, creating new vaults, and monitoring size, age, and license limits.
• Oversee Veeva Vault QMS change controls and maintain technical work instructions.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and team communications to address requests and identify continuous improvement trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing Veeva Vault configuration and administration.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault configuration in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or RIM.
• Proven ability to manage Veeva Vault user access and security profiles.
• Experience managing Veeva Vault environment lifecycle, including vault refreshes and capacity monitoring.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and trend analysis.
• Experience working within Pharmaceutical R&D environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive professional experience.

Key Skills

Education

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
