Description

Manage Veeva Vault configuration and administration for pharmaceutical R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access, security profiles, license types, and training status verification.
• Execute configuration changes for system enhancements and elective release functionality.
• Administer environment lifecycle including vault refreshes, new vault creation, and size/age/license monitoring.
• Oversee Veeva Vault QMS change controls and maintain technical work instructions.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and team communications to address requests and identify improvement trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration and administration experience.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault in at least one domain: eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or RIM.
• Proven ability to manage user access and security profiles.
• Experience managing vault refreshes and capacity monitoring.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management and trend analysis.
• Experience working within Pharmaceutical R&D environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive professional experience.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
