Description

You will own the implementation and evolution of Veeva Vault applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and optimized solutions for life sciences domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee complex enhancements, incremental updates, and new product feature prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to define requirements, scope, and project objectives.
• Develop strategies for system, data, and application integration, ensuring proper design and implementation of interfaces.
• Manage internal and external third-party technical resources for support, design, configuration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and transition delivered solutions to technical support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or systems/platform architecture within life sciences or related consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Medcomms and PromoMats.
• Experience with Veeva CRM integrations for CLM Content.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, and hybrid models.
• Knowledge of ITIL foundational concepts including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Vault Configuration, technical design patterns, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of database design, middleware concepts, and information security engineering.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore technical support teams.
