Description

You will configure and manage Veeva Vault applications to meet clinical business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements for Veeva CTMS and eTMF into technical configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, roles, and data security.
• Manage configuration lifecycles across development, testing, validation, and production environments.
• Perform testing to validate configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with Data Integration, Data Hub, and DevOps teams to deliver integration requirements and reporting.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and document new feature configurations following SDLC methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Veeva Vault.
• Hands-on experience configuring Veeva CTMS and eTMF.
• Proficiency in configuring vault dashboards and reports.
• Experience working within SDLC methodologies and technical documentation standards.
• Knowledge of Clinical IT environments and DevOps processes.
• Ability to manage configuration changes through various deployment stages.
