Description

You will provide L1/L2 production support and system administration for Veeva Vault applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Veeva Vault applications to resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and inactivation processes.
• Execute system administration tasks and manage custom reports, dashboards, and object data.
• Handle incidents, problem tickets, change management, and service requests using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault applications.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Working knowledge of GxP systems and documentation standards.
• Understanding of Life Science industry processes.
• Experience managing user access and account lifecycles.
• Ability to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within a production environment.
• Ability to meet strict SLA requirements.
