Description

You will manage and configure the Veeva Vault Platform and Safety Vault applications within a GxP environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure Veeva Safety and Safety Docs, including workflows, reports, and customizations.
• Execute data and content migrations across clinical study datasets.
• Manage solution delivery and deployment for GxP systems following SDLC protocols.
• Implement Identity and Access Management protocols and integration architectures.
• Maintain technical documentation and stay current on new Veeva product releases.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience with Veeva Vault Platform and Safety Vault applications.
• Experience with Veeva Vault SDK and Vault Connectors.
• Practical knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, and SSO (OKTA).
• Understanding of integration architectures including API Gateway, SOA, and REST.
• Working knowledge of Vault API, Vault Loader, Security, Lifecycle, and Workflow configuration.
• Experience working with clinical studies and operational datasets.
• Familiarity with GxP application SDLC and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva Vault Certification.
