Description

You will coordinate the planning and execution of vendor change management projects ranging from small to large-scale to support product and operations partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution and planning for multiple vendor change management initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions among operational stakeholders to manage resources effectively.
• Communicate prioritization and trade-off decisions to cross-functional teams to drive consensus.
• Own project progress and flag potential risks to deadlines or project health.
• Partner with engineering, policy, and training teams to manage the rollout of changes and improve processes using data analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• PMP certification.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Creative problem solving in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement.
• Ability to manage dynamic requirements with limited guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
