You will coordinate vendor integration for the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) upgrade to Ed-Fi.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to identify vendors capable of updating products to project specifications within a two-year timeline.
• Interpret data reporting requirements to provide technical direction and business guidance to SIS, HR, and ERP vendors.
• Facilitate monthly vendor meetings and manage the distribution of the software development kit (SDK).
• Coordinate with Education Service Centers (ESCs) and Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to manage end-to-end testing and product validation.
• Produce technical guidance, project updates, and statewide webinars to communicate best practices to vendors and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in System & Data Analysis, Technical Support, and Stakeholder Engagement.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Strategic Planning.
• 4+ years of experience interpreting Data Standards, Software Requirements, Business Analysis, and Software Testing.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Writing and Presentations.
• Experience with Data Analysis and PEIMS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal management direction.
