Description

You will manage vendor relationships and support the DevCare Vendor Management System (D-VMS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance using established KPIs.
• Train and onboard vendors on the D-VMS platform.
• Perform user acceptance testing for future D-VMS releases.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Create standard operating procedures for vendor management workflows.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in business administration or technical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
• Experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to document business requirements and communicate them to technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work across multiple teams and handle procurement-related tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor onboarding and relationship management.
