Description

You will manage supplier master data accuracy while providing system support for internal stakeholders in Abbott Park, IL.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain supplier master data to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Contact internal and external stakeholders to verify critical data and prevent fraud.
• Act as system support for the primary Master Data Governance (MDG) system.
• Analyze financial data and project financial conditions based on past performance and earnings.
• Review proposals to prepare feasibility and profitability analyses.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or financial roles.
• Experience using SAP, VIVA, or ARIBA for creating and maintaining vendor master data reports.
• Background in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or finance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate financial data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in identifying process improvements within current operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
