Description

You will own the oversight of contractual compliance and the elimination of value leakage within a global technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contracts to identify optimization opportunities and implement process changes with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze vendor performance to detect inefficiencies, missed deliverables, and areas for waste elimination.
• Develop and deploy metrics focused on quality, delivery timeliness, and cost optimization.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic vendor performance reviews.
• Conduct forensic analysis on vendor invoicing to identify anomalies and budget discrepancies.
• Manage risks associated with missing contractual services and implement mitigation measures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology services or Managed Services Vendor Management.
• Proven experience in contract interpretation and risk management.
• Expertise in data analysis, including budget and spend forensic analysis.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and SLAs and execute performance penalties.
• Experience applying lean methodologies to drive efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on uncovering underperformance.
• Ability to influence and coordinate efforts across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Basic understanding of technology terminology, processes, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (or 10+ years in a leadership role in Managed Services Vendor Management or Operations Excellence).

Preferred Skills

• Lean Green Belt or higher certification from an accredited organization.
• ITIL certification.
