Description

You will own the technical leadership and operational execution for complex venue network environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete venue network and telecom documentation, including rack elevations, port maps, IP plans, and runbooks.
• Lead rack and stack activities, hardware upgrades, and baseline configuration deployments across venue sites.
• Serve as the primary incident commander for network outages, triaging and resolving issues across Layers 1 through 7.
• Enforce change control, maintaining accurate asset inventory, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate external vendors to meet SLAs and translate technical topics into business impact for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, or service management.
• Expert troubleshooting across L1–L7 networking domains.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, including VLANs, VRFs, QoS, OSFP, and EIGRP.
• Proficiency with Cisco SD-Access, including segmentation and policy enforcement.
• Experience deploying and configuring Cisco Catalyst switches, APs, and Firepower NGFW.
• Familiarity with observability platforms: Cisco Catalyst Center, ThousandEyes, and ISE.
• Discipline in documentation and maintaining an audit-ready state for network configurations.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues under pressure and lead bridge calls.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications.
• Experience with Ansible, Python, or Terraform.
