Description

You will own the verification and validation lifecycle for power systems products, ensuring quality through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, smoke, system, regression, and performance tests using current and voltage injection (Omicron kit or simulation).
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results to identify improvements, optimize testing workflows, and enhance automation coverage.
• Generate detailed test reports and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders while maintaining test environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in verification and validation within power systems or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of power system protection and substation automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Omicron kits or similar simulation tools for testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks, specifically Playwright or similar tools.
• Experience designing and executing manual and automated test strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration practices.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting system, performance, stress, and load testing activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
