Description

Lead account penetration and revenue growth for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients while owning P&L accountability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and bottom-line accountability for assigned client portfolios.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to drive revenue growth in existing and new accounts.
• Manage key metrics including project profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Guide delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and maintain satisfaction levels above 4.0/5.0.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Architects to execute projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client leadership.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and meeting quarterly growth targets.
• Experience in strategic account planning and mining new business within existing portfolios.
• Ability to manage project profitability and governance.
• Experience working alongside Pre-Sales and Solution Managers.
• Experience coordinating with Delivery Managers to ensure project success.
