You will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML systems in production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML systems within production environments.
• Build and guide high-performing AI teams to ensure engineering excellence.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the full AI delivery lifecycle.
• Champion MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data, platform, and full-stack engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Proven track record in the development and productionization of advanced AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on expertise with deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and classical ML techniques.
• Proficiency with PyTorch.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Experience with production ML pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with large-scale datasets and distributed processing like Spark or Beam.
• Expertise in model experimentation, tuning, optimization, and statistical evaluation.
• Ability to work with APIs and full-stack system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Advocacy for ethical AI practices, focusing on privacy, security, and model explainability.
