You will lead technical initiatives to enhance the developer journey and optimize the software development life cycle through AI and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems to streamline compilation, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions to automate development workflows, code refactoring, and dependency upgrades.
• Build tooling to facilitate migrations across different programming languages and technologies.
• Drive strategy for platform modernization, cloud-native development, and infrastructure automation.
• Lead global technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Deep programming expertise in Java, GoLang, Erlang, Python, C, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment methodologies, and observability tools.
• Proficiency with Gen AI for automating development tasks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead large-scale technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI-powered patching and security upgrade mechanisms.
