Description

Lead IT infrastructure teams and define technical direction to ensure system stability and service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure teams, setting departmental goals and providing coaching, training, and mentoring to managers and staff.
• Oversee the Disaster Recovery process, including testing, vendor management, and configuration to ensure service continuity.
• Design and document office networks and connectivity between corporate offices and datacenters.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and serve as the executive contact point for all third-party IT vendors.
• Maintain IT policies and procedures while performing periodic assessments to ensure compliance with corporate security and HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and deployment.
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows domain environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and IIS.
• Experience managing Azure Compute, networking, and storage.
• Strong understanding of network traffic routing, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Hyper-V or related virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Switches, and ASA.
• Background in on-site to cloud migrations.
