Description

You will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the Offshore Development Center (ODC) for corporate and wholesale lending.

Responsibilities

• Align ODC goals with organizational objectives and develop a vision for growth and efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing offshore team through performance evaluations and professional development.
• Manage customer relationships to define Scope of Work and ensure financial and satisfaction objectives are met.
• Oversee project planning and delivery for domestic and international projects, ensuring they remain within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of relevant experience in Corporate or Wholesale Lending.
• Extensive background working with large banks, technology providers, or Service/BPO providers.
• Proven experience managing Offshore Development Centers (ODCs).
• Experience leading large-scale project delivery from India to global locations.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic leadership and team management.
• Expertise in customer engagement and scope management.
