Description

Define and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational targets through new and existing customer channels. Manage a global team of sales, technical, and customer success managers to drive profitable growth. Own the annual operating plan, setting quarterly and annual goals while developing effective incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Review sales pipelines, identify obstacles, and leverage channel partners to ensure forecasts are met.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales teams, establishing efficient processes for pipeline building and closing.
• Monitor market and competitor activities to provide detailed sales forecasting and GTM readiness.
• Establish key customer relationships, participate in closing strategic opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Create sales reports and provide strategic feedback to the leadership team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years’ experience in IT, product, or enterprise software sales.
• Minimum 4 years in a senior product sales leadership role.
• Proven track record in SaaS sales, specifically within the BFSI sector or enterprise FinTech.
• Expertise in selling strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, and Google Drive.

Preferred Skills

• MBA from a top B-school.
• Experience with competitive product analysis and deep market knowledge.
