Description

Lead sales operations for US and Canada markets to drive aggressive growth through new customer acquisition.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers across US and Canada markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Marketing Sales Professionals.
• Establish and manage a Sales Partner channel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer pain areas.
• Drive sales actions using hard data, metrics, and quantitative analysis.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years in a Sales Head or Senior Sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive experience in B2B Sales and Inside Sales.
• Strong sales management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of an organization.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment.
