Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs within the Corporate Bank Cash Data Controls team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and manage multiple concurrent delivery threads.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology counterparts, and delivery squads to ensure program execution.
• Manage project governance, including planning, tracking, reporting, and facilitating leadership reviews.
• Define and oversee RAID logs to identify and resolve delivery blockers.
• Align engineering teams with technical architecture, design, and Agile delivery best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record as a Senior Project or Program Manager handling large-scale initiatives.
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Planning.
• Hands-on understanding of software engineering principles and systems architecture.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery practices.
• Strong proficiency as a Scrum Master.
• Experience navigating and influencing within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to manage budgets, governance forums, and regulatory/risk compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with banking regulations, payment processing, and global financial operations.
