Description

Lead technical strategy and execution for Real World Data (RWD) platforms and intelligence delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap to align RWD strategies with business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of solutions to collect, analyze, and utilize real-world patient data.
• Define and maintain data architecture that adheres to industry best practices and privacy regulations.
• Drive R&D initiatives using AI to improve data understanding and challenge existing delivery models.
• Manage the technology budget and recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of technology leadership experience within the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in creating and developing Real World Data (RWD) platforms.
• Strong background in data architecture and governance.
• Expertise in cloud-based technologies, specifically AWS.
• Experience delivering data intelligence and value through RWD platforms to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics and emerging healthcare technology trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and developing specific RWD applications.
• Ability to apply AI to enhance the analysis of RWD assets.
