Description

Operate and maintain video, audio, and photographic production equipment in a remote or on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate film, sound-reproducing, slide, and video equipment for production support.
• Position, install, connect, and repair production hardware.
• Troubleshoot network issues, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions.
• Investigate user problems, identify root sources, test solutions, and implement fixes.
• Maintain equipment in working condition and perform minor adjustments or repairs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in video and sound equipment operation.
• Technical proficiency with film, sound-reproducing, and video conferencing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues, distributed computing environments, and applications.
• Experience resolving high-priority technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills for user support and technical investigation.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
