Description

You will build and maintain scalable video platforms using .NET 8 and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new platform features following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Maintain existing codebases to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Own development tasks within a CI/CD environment using GitHub Actions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using a mix of AWS services, containers, and virtual machines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in .NET 8 and .NET Framework.
• Strong experience with multi-threading and parallelization.
• Expertise in building REST APIs with Web API.
• Experience with MongoDB and MS SQL.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub Actions, and scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
• Understanding of gRPC, Redis, and caching mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with streaming protocols (DASH/HLS), video encoding (AWS Elemental), or ffmpeg.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and Flux for continuous deployment.
