Description

You will act as a subject matter expert overseeing VOD asset workflows and team performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and cases to team members while maintaining oversight of multiple active tickets.
• Perform quality analysis on completed tasks to ensure technical accuracy.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize operations.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and formal improvement plans to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VOD environments.
• Deep expertise in VOD industry metadata standards, including Cable Labs and Movie Labs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the VOD delivery and processing pipeline.
• Technical knowledge of video/audio codecs and container formats.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot VOD assets, including encoding, streaming errors, and video/audio issues.
• Experience with content management systems and IBM Aspera for file transfers.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and dashboards to identify root causes.
• Ability to work with text-based data formats, specifically XML and JSON.
• Capability to decode and analyze XML files for troubleshooting.
