Description

You will manage the monitoring and resolution of live video and audio streams in a 24/7 operations environment, owning the incident lifecycle from triage through ticket closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts via NOC tools and perform first-time resolution by following defined SOPs and meeting SLA levels.
• Coordinate with vendors to identify network or video issues remotely and manage device RMAs.
• Support external maintenance windows and track provider requests to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including system diagrams and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a Video Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support role focusing on broadcast, streaming, or OTT platforms.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, ticketing tools, and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency using CLI for device troubleshooting, specifically Linux and Juniper command lines.
• Working knowledge of video technologies including MPEG-4, H.264, MPEG2, and ATSC.
• Understanding of data networking and video delivery workflows (Acquire, Encode, Encrypt, Deliver).
• Experience with video monitoring platforms such as Tektronix, Sentry, or Sencore.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
