Description

You will manage advanced technical troubleshooting and incident response for video streaming, OTT, and broadcast networks in a 24/7 NOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced troubleshooting on incidents escalated from Tier 1 teams following defined SOPs and SLA requirements.
• Own the end-to-end incident lifecycle, from initial diagnosis and triage to ticket closure and external provider follow-ups.
• Drive major incident management, develop post-mortem reports, and lead problem management initiatives.
• Perform service requests including new station turn-ups and manage configuration changes or project deployments.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including system diagrams, SOPs, and technical process updates.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) as an L2 engineer or Team Lead.
• Deep technical knowledge of Audio/Video technologies including MPEG-4, H.264, HEVC/H.265, ASI, MPEG2 Transport Streams, (HD-)SDI, ATSC, PCM, and AC3.
• Hands-on experience with switching/routing technologies and Cisco or Juniper device CLIs.
• Proven experience with Video Delivery Networks across acquisition, encoding, encryption, or delivery stages.
• Proficiency with video monitoring platforms such as Tektronix, Sentry, Sencore, or Tag.
• Strong understanding of data networking, video networking, and ITIL processes.
• Experience with end-to-end incident management and ticketing tools.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with American sports broadcasting events (MLB, NFL, NBA, etc.).
