Description

You will own the implementation, rollout, and support of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, indexing screens, approval classes, chart of authority, and process options.
• Develop custom extensions and perform troubleshooting for VIM environments.
• Execute testing strategies by defining test items, prerequisites, environmental needs, and approval criteria.
• Provide technical support and training for upgraded or newly implemented systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OpenText VIM in implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
• Hands-on experience with VIM version 16.3 or version 7.5.
• Proficiency with BCC, ICC, OpenText Archive Server, and Enterprise scan tools.
• Direct experience with Information Extraction Service (IES).
• Strong SAP knowledge within Accounts Payable (AP) modules.
• Functional understanding of SAP MM and FI modules.
• Experience with project implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage end-to-end system configuration and testing phases.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of two or more full life implementations.
