Description

You will provide direct technical support to VIP and senior users, managing the full incident lifecycle from ticket creation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle and ticket creation within support tools.
• Perform installation, configuration, and technical support for Mac and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Execute user data backups and restorations to ensure data integrity.
• Support video conferencing setups including MS Teams, Zoom, and VC hardware.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Mac installation, configuration, and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows installation, configuration, and operations.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting O365.
• Ability to provide remote support and basic network troubleshooting.
• Skill in mobile device configuration and management.
• Competency in setting up and supporting MS Teams, Zoom, and VC systems.
• Strong communication skills with the maturity to handle senior stakeholders.
• Degree from any graduate background.
