Description

You will manage, maintain, and architect VMware server infrastructure for new product initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure and associated tools.
• Lead virtualization architecture for new product initiatives, including application, data, and security integration.
• Troubleshoot all issues related to the VMware server environment.
• Plan and manage workloads, projects, and administrative tasks for the virtualization team.
• Align infrastructure design with the established Architecture Roadmap and business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in virtualization environments.
• Deep knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience with VxRail and vSAN.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or higher.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts (minimum one year).
• Knowledge of Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and clustering.
• Experience with VDI solutions such as Horizon View.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale virtualization deployments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
