Description

You will own the technical execution and maintenance of core virtualization and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload migrations from VMware to Microsoft Azure and deploy Nutanix virtual environments.
• Review and develop architecture plans for Nutanix and Azure, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible or Python to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Provide technical guidance, coordinate resolution of complex cross-domain issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support system administration and maintenance while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure, Nutanix, VMware, and M365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in automation using Ansible and Python.
• Experience with SAN, NAS, FCP/iSCSI storage technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including routers, switches, and firewalls (OSI 4-7).
• Expertise in security protocols such as ACLs and VPNs (IPsec, PPTP).
• Familiarity with M365 Purview and Microsoft Defender.
