Description

Design and lead virtualization architecture for enterprise environments using VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SCVMM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design highly available, scalable, and performance-optimized virtualization architectures.
• Plan and lead migration initiatives, creating strategies and cutover plans to minimize downtime.
• Validate post-migration environments for stability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Define reference architectures and reusable patterns for repeatable service offerings.
• Collaborate on integration with storage, networking, security, and backup platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization solution design and architecture.
• Deep expertise in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SCVMM.
• Proven track record in migration planning and execution.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical diagrams and documentation.
• Experience aligning solutions with managed services standards, SLAs, and operational best practices.
• Strong background in infrastructure integration and technical leadership.
• Experience providing technical mentorship and escalation support to engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with storage, networking, security, and backup platforms integration.
• Pre-sales discussion experience and client engagement capabilities.
