Description

Own the business analysis lifecycle for the VisionPlus cards platform, bridging technical delivery and client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, functionalities, and inter-dependencies within the VisionPlus cards sub-systems.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle including development, design, SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Evaluate functional, technical, parameter, and interface aspects of proposed solutions.
• Map VisionPlus interfaces and facilitate technical conversations between the delivery team and clients.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of development experience on the VisionPlus cards platform.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of expertise in CMS.
• Proficiency with COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 file structures.
• Strong understanding of VisionPlus controlling parameters.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MBS, ASM, or CTA modules.
• Exposure to Fuel Cards, Retail cards, or Credit Bureau Metro II and Experian (ARF format) interfaces.
