Description

You will manage and resolve technical incidents within the Vision Plus ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents.
• Resolve application issues using hands-on expertise in Vision Plus sub-systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Assist in resolving complex incidents during implementation, testing, and production phases.
• Work independently to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to meet resolution timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Vision Plus.
• Proficiency in CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, or VMx sub-systems.
• Strong analytical skills for issue resolution and providing technical fixes.
• High-level understanding of all Vision Plus sub-systems.
• Knowledge of batch processing.
• Any Graduate degree.
