Description

You will develop, maintain, and support modules within the VisionPLUS system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance VisionPLUS modules to meet business requirements.
• Monitor production and UAT environments, resolving incidents promptly.
• Provide technical support and solutions for VisionPLUS subsystems including CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx.
• Lead incident resolution and assist with deployment and maintenance of VisionPLUS solutions.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, and Infrastructure to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with VisionPLUS systems in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
• Experience with IDMS, DB2, or similar relational/hierarchical databases.
• Familiarity with VisionPLUS subsystems like CMS Posting and FAS.
• Experience in mainframe application development, incident management, and production support.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum/Kanban or Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and transactional security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with TRAMS and VMx subsystems.
