Description

Manage incident resolution and technical design within the VisionPLUS environment. Monitor and resolve Production and UAT incidents across subsystems. Develop technical design documents based on client requirements. Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and stabilize solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and production phases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve Production and UAT incidents across VisionPLUS subsystems.
• Develop technical design documents based on client requirements.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and production phases.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience working with VisionPLUS subsystems.
• In-depth knowledge of VisionPLUS subsystems including CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx.
• Proficiency in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
• Experience with batch processing and subsystem troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (BTech, BE, BCA, MCA, MTech, or equivalent).
