Description

You will provide technical development and production support for Vistex Rebates and Chargebacks modules within the SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP code specifically for Vistex Rebates and Chargebacks functions.
• Manage interfaces between external systems like MuleSoft and SAP environments including BW and HANA.
• Monitor integration loads and RFC Queues to ensure system stability.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical tasks and support activities with offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Extensive experience with SAP SD Pricing and Vistex Rebates.
• Proficiency with performance tools including Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, SQL Trace, and System Log.
• Hands-on experience interfacing with MuleSoft, SAP BW, and SAP HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP OTC, P2P, and RICEF processes.
• Proven experience working within a Production Support model.
• Ability to define business processes, architecture, and detailed process documentation.
