You will design and implement visual analytics solutions to provide visibility into data and performance trends.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, including report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management.
• Clean, test, and standardize data to meet business requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Build and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server, scheduling automatic data refreshes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create user stories and technical System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop, including action filters, parameters, calculations, and data blending.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and report authoring.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing/editing queries and creating stored procedures.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead requirement gathering sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of Azure SQL Database.
