Description

You will establish a cohesive branding identity for the IT Project Management Office (PMO) across all communication channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop branding elements including color schemes, typography, and graphical motifs that align with established guidelines.
• Design customizable templates for presentations, stakeholder reports, meeting minutes, and project intake forms.
• Create visual aids such as infographics and process diagrams to support change management and process adoption.
• Produce email banners and other communication materials to reinforce brand identity.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from project managers and executives to meet stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, branding, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and cohesive visual identity development.
• Experience creating visual aids for change management strategies.
• Ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working within a corporate or IT environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PMO environments, IT departments, or project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
