Description

You will create visual designs, user experiences, and motion graphics by applying graphic design, animation, and UX principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual designs and user experiences.
• Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles and conduct user research to understand behaviors and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize design processes and interface usability.
• Create UI designs, web mockups, motion graphics, animations, and brand elements like logos and icons.
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the management of design systems and templates for websites and social media.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, animation, or UX planning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Strong foundation in User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and UX principles.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations, including video for presentations and pitch decks.
• Experience developing design systems and managing brand elements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality visual assets across platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with Canva and UI libraries.
