Description

You will manage the conversion and maintenance of legacy Visual Fortran codebases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Convert Visual Fortran code into other programming languages.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to meet established deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within existing code and applications.
• Maintain well-documented and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on quality and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Direct experience with Visual Fortran.
• Ability to migrate code between different programming languages.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
