Description

You will lead the creation of on-brand visual assets and marketing campaign materials across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with social media managers, brand managers, and external agencies to execute marketing campaign assets and promotional materials.
• Art direct and plan catalogue, campaign, and digital shoots in collaboration with shoot agencies.
• Develop conceptual visual mock-ups and presentations to communicate high-level visual strategies.
• Create and maintain visual guidelines, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage incoming briefs, project timelines, and budgets while overseeing the output of direct reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Graphic or Visual Design within e-commerce, D2C, or agency environments.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• 8+ years of experience implementing design across email, social, mobile, desktop, app, and web.
• 8+ years of experience in photo editing, retouching, and responsive design with accessibility knowledge.
• 8+ years of experience managing multiple design projects and collaborating with technical teams.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as Canva and Runway ML.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in illustration, motion design, and video production/editing.
• Experience with product render and lifestyle design.
