You will design and execute visual merchandising solutions that align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear design solutions through sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.
• Manage multiple projects with global affiliates and Zone teams to meet market demands.
• Apply fixture and cabinet construction detailing to design projects.
• Translate industry trends, new materials, and innovations into actionable concepts.
• Ensure all designs comply with general building codes, ADA codes, and interior standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of design experience, ideally within retail or hospitality environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRAY.
• Strong project management aptitude for complex, multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Expertise in sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.
• Working knowledge of fixture and cabinet construction detailing.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and interior standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, VM, interior design, or architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
