Description

You will serve as the Solution and Technical Architect for large-scale Vlocity and Health Cloud engagements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications.
• Lead customer workshops during project discovery and prepare end-to-end solution design documents.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and external systems using SOAP, REST API, MuleSoft, and Microservices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of solution delivery, including gathering requirements, coding, debugging, performance analysis, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide development teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in large Vlocity, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud engagements.
• Extensive experience implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Proven track record in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and scope estimation.
• Expertise in designing and developing integrations via SOAP, REST API, MuleSoft, and Microservices.
• Experience working within Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development and integration using various design patterns.
• Experience with Data Cloud and integration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Vlocity certifications in Architect or Consulting tracks (Integration, Data, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, or Health Cloud).
• Experience with GCP and Big Query.
