Description

You will develop and validate component software for vehicle motion control systems in an automotive engineering environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready code using automated code generation tools.
• Interface with architecture teams to allocate component resources, including interfaces and scheduling.
• Validate software components using static and dynamic unit verification tool chains.
• Execute test case development and validation for vehicle control components.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in embedded software development or automotive projects.
• Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink.
• Experience with dSPACE ControlDesk, Automation Desk, and Remote HiLS.
• Hands-on knowledge of CAN/LIN and UDS protocols, including signal testing.
• Competency in CANoe, CANape, or CANalyzer.
• Ability to read control system design specifications and client test documents.
• Knowledge of MBD, static analysis with MISRA guidelines, and tools like Polyspace or QAC.
• Experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management.
• Japanese language proficiency at N3 or N2 level.

Preferred Skills

• Function and control know-how regarding vehicle dynamics or chassis control, specifically Electronic Stability Control (ESC).
• Experience with BTC Embedded Tester or Simulink Test Manager.
