Description

You will administer and support VMware infrastructure while designing and modifying software and system applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware infrastructure environments.
• Design and modify software and system applications.
• Perform database and system optimization tasks.
• Code and debug application issues as required.
• Travel to unanticipated project sites when necessary.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• 2 years of vocational experience in IT.
• VMware administration expertise.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proficiency in VB.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
